We are looking for a student interested in a master thesis using CARD-FISH and MICRO-CARD-FISH methodology on samples from our last expedition in the northern North Atlantic.

The main focus is the single-cell activity of Archaea and Bacteria from inubation experiments treated with inhibitors, but also selected stations from the transect will be analysed.
